Deposits:
A deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment. This deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, the deposit will be lost.
Rescheduling:
48 hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.

Late Policy:
Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.
Coverup/Corrections:
Any client with previous permanent makeup from another artist is automatically considered a coverup/correction and requires an email consultation for approval prior to booking. These clients can anticipate a $100 coverup/correction fee.

Pre/Post Care:
It is your responsibility to carefully read and follow all prior booking information including contraindications and pre-care. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue to the procedure, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. If after-care instructions are not followed resulting in poor healing, there will be an additional charge for a touch-up.
